A life-long fitness enthusiast and athlete, Emily encourages and motivates her clients through her passion for and dynamic approach to health and fitness. A long-time yoga teacher and ACE certified personal trainer, Emily strongly believes in a comprehensive approach to fitness that incorporates resistance training, cardiovascular health, flexibility and nutrition.
Implementing a no-nonsense approach to training, Emily’s fitness and nutritional programs are designed to deliver visible, long-term results to each client. Using her expert understanding of the body, anatomy, and biomechanics, Emily designs innovative training programs to help clients build bodies that are not only stronger and leaner but more balanced and functional.
