Emily is an excellent trainer who focuses on form and doing it right. She keeps the workouts challenging, keeps switching it up so you nor your muscles get bored, and she is very fun to work with - the workout time goes by very fast. Emily knows what she is doing, not only in terms of exercise, proper form, and techniques, but also offers help on diet. I have gotten excellent results and am thrilled to be working with her.
